Getting Started - Member
Thank you for your All Access Pass purchase!
By default, customers check out as guests. To access your files as a member, you'll need to create an account. Please follow the steps below to set up your account.
Step 1:
Try logging into your account at https://crafthousesvg.com/account/login?
If you're able to log in to your account using the email address you used for purchasing the pass, your account is all set, and all products should display as $0.00 when you're logged in. If you'd prefer to use a different email address for membership access, please contact us.
If you can't log in and get an error message, please see Step 2.
Step 2:
If you get the error message "Incorrect email or password", click Forgot Password? to reset your password.
Step 3:
On the Reset Your Password page, if you get the error message "No account found with that email.", click Cancel to go back to the Login page then click Create account.
Step 4:
Fill in your first name, last name, email address (make sure to put in the same email address you used to purchase the access) and create your password. Click Create when you're done. After that your account should be good to go! If you'd like to use a different email address for the membership please contact us.
