New Licensing & PLR Update
What changed at Craft House SVG?
We recently made a switch to how Craft House SVG works.
All purchases made on or after February 9, 2026 now come with PLR (resell rights), which allows designs to be resold as digital products.
Does this change affect my Lifetime Access purchase?
No.
If you purchased Lifetime Access before February 9, 2026, nothing about your access or license changed. Your purchase remains covered under the original commercial use license.
What license do I have if I bought before February 9, 2026?
Purchases made before this date include:
- Unlimited downloads
- Personal and commercial use
- No digital resale rights (PLR)
This is the same license you agreed to at the time of purchase.
In the past, some resell and PLR bundles were offered through our sister site, Passive Profit Armory. Those purchases remain valid and are governed by the license that was included at the time of purchase.
Purchases made on Craft House SVG before February 9, 2026 that were not explicitly advertised as including resell rights are covered under the original commercial use license only, including our previous Lifetime Membership.
Do I now have PLR because the site changed?
No.
PLR applies only to purchases made on or after February 9, 2026. Earlier purchases do not automatically receive PLR rights.
I have Lifetime Access. Will I be charged again to download files?
No.
Nothing has changed with your access. You still have unlimited downloads of all designs for personal and commercial use, and you won’t be charged again for those downloads.
When you’re logged in with the email you used to purchase, you’ll see the download button directly under each product title on the product page. If you don’t see the download button please contact us.
Can Lifetime Access members upgrade to PLR?
Yes.
Previous Lifetime Access members may be eligible for a discount based on their past purchases. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

What license comes with free designs?
Free designs come with personal and commercial use rights. You may use them to create and sell physical products, but you may not resell, share, or distribute the digital files.
Exception: Customers who hold a PLR Lifetime membership receive full PLR rights on all products, including free designs, and may resell them according to the terms of the PLR license.
Account / Login Help
I purchased the Unlimited Access but I'm still being charged. What should I do?
We recently updated the Craft House SVG website. Because of this update, you may still see an Add to Cart button on product pages. This is normal and can be ignored. As an Unlimited (Lifetime) Access member, you should also see a Download button directly under the product title once you’re logged in.
If you do not see the download button, the most common reason is being logged in with the wrong email address. Please make sure you’re using the same email address you used at checkout.
- If you paid with PayPal, try logging in using the email connected to your PayPal account.
- If you used Shop Pay (with or without installments), please log in using Shop Pay or the email address linked to your Shop Pay account.
If you’re unsure which email you used at checkout, please contact us with your order number and/or the name used on the order, and we’ll help locate your account.
If you’re logged in with the correct email and still don’t see the download button under the product title, please send us a screenshot of what you’re seeing so we can help right away.
How do I change my email address?
To change your login email address please send us an email using the form below. We will need:
1. Your current login email address.
2. Your new email address.
How do I update the phone number connected to my Shop Pay account?
You’ll need to update it directly through Shop Pay by following these steps:
- Go to https://shop.app/account
- Log in using your current phone number or email
- Click Settings
- Go to Login & Security
- Update your phone number

Files / Downloads Help
I downloaded the ZIP file, but I don’t see any SVGs?
You’ll need to unzip or extract it first. Inside, you’ll find folders that include the SVG files along with other formats (like PNG, DXF, etc. if provided).
If you’ve unzipped the file and still don’t see any SVGs, please let us know the name of the file or bundle you downloaded, and we’ll take a look for you!

I cannot open my download in Cricut Design Space
After downloading the file from our website, please make sure to unzip the zip file first before uploading it to Cricut or any other programs. You can find our guides on how to unzip a file in the next question below.

SVG files showing as HTML or internet browser files
An SVG file may appear as an HTML Document, or a Chrome HTML document, and will have the same icon as your internet browser. This is due to the default setting on your computer. It's still an SVG file and can still be uploaded to Cricut Design Space or other programs without changing anything. However, if you'd like to change the default program to open an SVG when you double click it you might find this video by Missy Meyer helpful.

Am I allowed to use the designs downloaded commercially?
Yes! All of your downloads including freebies from Craft House SVG are covered under our Commercial license.
You can use the designs for:
- Selling physical items like shirts, mugs, stickers, signs, tote bags, etc.
- Print-on-demand (POD) platforms such as Printful, Printify, Gooten, and others
- Working with third-party printers or manufacturers to produce physical goods

Does Lifetime Access come with a Commercial License?
It depends on which Lifetime Access you purchased and when.
- Lifetime Access purchased on or after February 9, 2026 includes a Resell Rights (PLR) license, which allows you to resell the designs as digital products.
- Lifetime Access purchased before February 9, 2026 does not include resell rights and is covered under the original commercial use license only, unless resell rights were explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Yes! Your license does allow print-on-demand (POD) use.
You’re permitted to:
- POD platforms like Printful, Printify, Gooten, and others

- unlimited physical end products like shirts, mugs, totes, and more

Yes — if your purchase includes a PLR (Resell Rights) license.
