▾ I purchased the Lifetime Access but I still don't have any access to the files.

In most cases, this is because your account hasn't been activated. Please visit https://crafthousesvg.com/account/register and fill in your first name, last name, email address (make sure to put in the same email address you used to purchase the access) and create your password. Click Create when you're done. After that your account should be good to go and all products should be priced at $0.00 when you are logged in. If you'd like to use a different email address for the membership please contact us.


▾ I'm getting the error message "No account found with that email" when I try to log in.

Please visit https://crafthousesvg.com/account/register to activate your account. All you need to do is fill in your first name, last name, email address (make sure to put in the same email address you used to purchase your order) and create your password. Click Create when you're done. After that your account should be good to go.


â–¾ Where do I find my files after purchasing

After your payment has been confirmed you'll receive a link to your download page in your email inbox. Alternatively, you can login to your account and find all of your files here. If this is your first time purchasing, you might need to activate your account first at this page


▾ I cannot open my download in Cricut Design Space

After downloading the file from our website, please make sure to unzip the zip file first before uploading it to Cricut. You can find our guides on how to unzip a file in the next question below.

â–¾ SVG files showing as HTML or internet browser files

An SVG file may appear as an HTML Document, or a Chrome HTML document, and will have the same icon as your internet browser. This is due to the default setting on your computer. It's still an SVG file and can still be uploaded to Cricut Design Space or other programs without changing anything. However, if you'd like to change the default program to open an SVG when you double click it you might find this video by Missy Meyer helpful.

â–¾ Am I allowed to use the designs downloaded, personalize them (add a name), print on a shirt/cup/hat and sell to my customers?

Yes! All of your purchases including freebies are covered under our Commercial license.
