When you purchase or download a product from Craft House SVG, you receive a Commercial Use License to use the design for personal projects and to create and sell physical end products.
Your purchase gives you a license to use the design. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or redistribution rights to the original digital files.

📜 Commercial Use License
Your Commercial Use License allows you to use Craft House SVG designs for personal projects and to create and sell unlimited physical end products.
✅ What You Can Do
Create & Sell Physical Products
You may create and sell unlimited physical products worldwide using our designs, including but not limited to:
- T-shirts and apparel
- Hats
- Mugs and tumblers
- Water bottles
- Signs and home décor
- Pillows
- Tote bags
- Stickers
- Decals
- Vinyl products
- Printed stationery
- Accessories
- Handmade products
- Other finished physical goods
There is no limit on the number of physical end products you may create or sell.
Use Designs for Personal Projects
You may use our designs for your own personal crafting projects.
Use With Crafting Equipment
You may use our designs with Cricut, Silhouette, laser machines, sublimation printers, vinyl cutters, DTF, DTG, and similar crafting or production equipment.
Use Print-on-Demand Services
You may upload our designs to print-on-demand or fulfillment services for the purpose of producing physical products that you sell.
This includes services such as Printful, Printify, Gooten, and similar providers.
The digital files may only be used to fulfill products for your business and may not be made available for download or resale.
Work With Manufacturers
You may send design files to a printer, manufacturer, production partner, or fulfillment provider when necessary to create physical products on your behalf.
The files may only be shared for production purposes and may not be redistributed, resold, or used independently by the production partner.
Modify Designs for Physical Products
You may resize, recolor, rearrange, combine, add text to, or otherwise modify our designs when creating physical end products.
Modifying a design does not give you ownership of the original artwork or the right to sell or distribute the design as a digital file.
❌ What You Cannot Do
Sell Digital Files
You may not sell Craft House SVG designs as digital products or downloadable files.
This applies to the original files as well as modified, converted, recolored, rearranged, combined, or edited versions.
Share or Distribute Digital Files
You may not share, distribute, transfer, sublicense, or give away Craft House SVG digital files.
Each person or business that wants to use our digital files must obtain their own valid license unless otherwise authorized by Craft House SVG.
Claim Ownership
You may not claim that you created or own the original Craft House SVG artwork.
Trademark or Copyright Our Designs
You may not register, trademark, copyright, or otherwise claim exclusive rights to Craft House SVG designs, whether used in their original form or modified.
Our commercial license is non-exclusive, which means the same designs may be licensed to and used by other Craft House SVG customers.
🎁 Free Designs
Free designs provided by Craft House SVG include the same personal and commercial-use rights described in this license unless otherwise stated.
You may use free designs to create and sell physical products.
You may not sell, share, distribute, sublicense, or give away the digital files themselves.
⚠️ Trademark Disclaimer
Trademark registrations and protections can change over time.
Before commercially using any word, phrase, quote, saying, or other potentially protected element included in a design, you are responsible for confirming that your intended use does not violate applicable trademark or intellectual-property rights.
Craft House SVG is not responsible for trademark or intellectual-property violations resulting from how a customer uses a design.
⚠️ Important License Notice
All Craft House SVG products are licensed, not sold.
Purchasing or downloading a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files according to these terms.
Ownership and intellectual-property rights in the original designs remain with Craft House SVG and/or the applicable original rights holder.
All rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved.
Violation of these license terms may result in termination of your license and/or access to Craft House SVG products.
Looking for Resell Rights?
Craft House SVG products include commercial use rights only.
