📋 Overview

Upon purchasing Craft House SVG products, you are granted a license based on the product you purchased.

We offer two types of licenses:

  • Commercial Use License — allows you to use our designs for personal projects and to create and sell physical products
  • Resell Rights License (PLR) — allows you to edit, rebrand, and sell digital products as your own

You may use the designs according to the terms of the license associated with your purchase.

🔍 Definitions

Craft House SVG

Refers to our company, the provider of digital products available for personal use, commercial use, and resell rights depending on the license purchased.

Commercial Use Products

Digital products that can be used for personal projects and commercial use, including creating and selling physical end products. These products do not include rights to resell or distribute the digital files.

Resell Rights (PLR) Products: Digital products you can edit, rebrand, and sell to end users under personal or commercial use licenses.

You or Licensee
The individual or entity that has acquired digital products from Craft House SVG.

 

Commercial Use License

This license is included with Commercial Use purchases and allows you to use our designs for personal projects and physical products.

  • Use designs for personal projects
  • Sell physical products (t-shirts, mugs, signs, etc.)
  • Use with Cricut, Silhouette, laser machines, and more
  • Create unlimited physical end products
  • Use on print-on-demand platforms
  • Send files to manufacturers for production

❌ What You Cannot Do

  • Sell or share digital files
  • Resell designs in any digital format
  • Pass files to others for redistribution
  • Claim designs as your own or trademark them


Resell Rights License (PLR)


✅ What You Can Do

Sell the digital product as-is
Resell as your own for 100% profit

Use as part of your own digital product design

Sell to End Users: Sell to your customer under personal use or commercial use terms only. Your customers can use these designs for commercial use (physical products).

Bundle or Add to Offers: Include in your courses, memberships, or bundles (end-user access only).

Use as Lead Magnets: Offer free for list-building (end-user access only).

Create & Sell Physical Products
Use designs to produce and sell unlimited physical items such as:

  • Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats)
  • Home décor (signs, pillows, wall art)
  • Drinkware (mugs, tumblers, water bottles)
  • Stickers, decals, and vinyl products
  • Tote bags, accessories, and more

Use on Print-on-Demand Platforms
Upload and sell through POD services like Printful, Printify, Gooten, and others.

Work with Manufacturers
Send design files to third-party printers or manufacturers for commercial production.


❌ What You Cannot Do

Pass on PLR Rights: Your customers cannot resell, edit, or distribute these products as digital files.

Sell With Resale Rights: You may not sell them as PLR, MRR or RR.

Claim Copyright or Trademark
You are not allowed to trademark or copyright any part of the products, even if modified. Ownership of the original content remains with its original author.

Exploit the License in Bad Faith
While reselling is allowed, the value of the products must be preserved. You may not:

  • Sell products at extremely low prices that devalue the content
  • Flood freebie sites or social platforms with mass giveaways
  • Give away large quantities of products for free
  • Offer massive bundles for pennies or as part of “too good to be true” schemes
  • Create unrealistically low-priced memberships with excessive product volumes


⚠️ Fair Use Policy

You’re expected to:

  • Price and present products in a way that reflects their value
  • Avoid undermining the resale market with constant freebies or excessive bundling
  • Respect the spirit of this license and build your business ethically

We reserve the right to revoke access if the terms of use are violated or if products are exploited in ways that go against this policy.

 

🎁 Free Designs License

Free designs are provided with personal and commercial use rights. You may use these designs to create and sell physical products.

Reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital files themselves is not permitted.

Exception: Customers with a PLR Lifetime membership receive full PLR rights on all products, including free designs, and may resell them in accordance with the terms of the PLR license.


🚨 Requirements for Reselling & Branding Materials

You may not use our promotional images, website graphics, cover photos, or product descriptions when reselling our products unless stated otherwise.

All branding and marketing assets on our website are the intellectual property of Craft House SVG and are not permitted for reuse or redistribution.

Resellers must create their own unique branding materials and product descriptions for resale.


💼 Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee results. Your earnings depend on how you market, sell, and package the products.

Craft House SVG is not responsible for your business performance or any financial outcomes, whether profit or loss, resulting from the resale of our products. We do not guarantee any specific earnings, success, or results from using our products.


📌 Quality Disclaimer

We strive to deliver high-quality digital products, but it's your responsibility to test, edit, and ensure they meet your standards before use or resale.

This license and its terms may be updated at any time without notice. Please check back regularly for updates.

All of our products are licensed, not sold. When purchasing a file, You are granted the non-exclusive rights to use the file(s) as defined in this license. All rights not specifically granted are reserved by Craft House SVG. 

 

⚠️ Trademark Disclaimer

We work hard to ensure the quotes, sayings, and phrases used in our designs are not trademarked at the time of listing. However, trademarks may be registered at any time after publication.

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify the availability and status of any phrase used in a commercial context. Craft House SVG is not liable for any trademark violations that arise from use of our designs.
