Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for your account to be added to our member list. You'll be notified by email once your account is ready.

Let's make sure your account is ready!
Step 1:
Log in to your account at https://crafthousesvg.com/account/login?
If you're able to login to your account with the email address you used to purchase the membership then your account is good to go! Once you're added to our member list, all of our products will show as $0.00 the next time you login. If you'd like to use a different email address for the membership access please contact us.

If you can't log in and get an error message, please see Step 2.
Step 2:
If you get the error message "Incorrect email or password", click Forgot Password? to reset your password.
Step 3:
On the Reset Your Password page, if you get the error message "No account found with that email.", click Cancel to go back to the Login page then click Create account.
Step 4:
Fill in your first name, last name, email address (make sure to put in the same email address you used to purchase the access) and create your password. Click Create when you're done. After that your account should be good to go! If you'd like to use a different email address for the membership please contact us.
How to download files:
1. Log in to your account at https://crafthousesvg.com/account/login?
2. Add products you want to download to your cart. All of the products should show as FREE or $0.00. If not, please contact us.
3. Go through the checkout process.
4. On the Thank You page, a "Download File(s)" button should show up in a few seconds. Click on the button to go to the download page.
5.Click on the file name to download your files.
